Just skip the cocoa and add in a small handful of raspberries. <br /><br />Here is the carb breakdown for these ingredients:<br />1 C heavy cream- 7 carbs<br />3 T cocoa powder- 3 carbs<br />4 packets Splenda- 2 carbs<br /><br />With the whole recipe having only 12 carbs, the serving sizes are kind of up to you depending on how good you've been that day. You should be having about 20 carbs per day as a starting point, and add or subtract based on your weight loss goals and your body's own metabolism. <br /><br />Personally, I split this into 4 servings that will have 3 carbs each. The mousse will stay fluffy for a few days, so I pack them in small containers and grab one when I want.
