One egg for breakfast, goat cheese salad for lunch, bring on the dinner!
Pan Fried Ribeyes

Spinach Stuffed Acorn Squash
, and a
Cranberry Compote
for dessert. Low carb bliss- awesome boyfriend and I were stuffed like turkeys.
