Food Diary Sunday, April 15

Breakfast
2 eggs scrambled in butter with
handful of chopped white onion
1/2 C crumbled breakfast sausage
garlic powder, chili powder, cracked black pepper

Snack
1 low carb peanut butter cookie

I ate breakfast around 10:00 and still pretty full at 3:00, so skipping lunch.  
Note: Do not skip meals if you are hungry!  This will send your body into starvation mode and you will end up burning less fat.  

Snack

Dinner
2 C arugula tossed with
2 Tbsp Newman's Own original recipe Italian dressing
large ribeye steak, pan fried in olive oil
seasoned with cracked pepper, garlic powder, kosher salt
topped with a pat of butter
1 glass of ice tea sweetened with Splenda

Snack

water to drink all day

Supplements
fish oil- 1 with breakfast, 1 with dinner
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast, 1 with dinner
B complex- 1 with breakfast
fiber- 1 with breakfast, 1 with dinner
L-Glutamine- 1 with breakfast, 1 with dinner
