Breakfast
(out at Mimi's Cafe in Elkridge, Maryland)
quiche lorraine: left most of the crust
tomato juice

Lunch
leftover hot crab dip with
veggies: bell pepper strips and broccoli

Dinner
1 chicken sausage cooked in oven topped with sauteed veggies
hot tea

so much water

No gym- I felt like crap all day from drinking and eating all weekend.  Back to the grind on Monday.
