Breakfast
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
hot flax cereal
1 Babybel cheese round

Lunch
tofu pasta with spaghetti meat sauce topped with Parmesan cheese
carb control yogurt vanilla flavor

Snack
several slices white cheddar cheese
1/4 C chili lime sunflower seeds
diet mountain Dew

Dinner
low carb pancakes with sugar free syrup
3 sausage patties
2 eggs scrambled with heavy cream, white cheddar cheese, salt, pepper

Snack
2 scoops protein in water post work out

Gym: Shrink a Size in 14 Days - Day 10
