(out at Logan Tavern In DC with awesome boyfriend)
cheeseburger with bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo- threw away 1/2 bread, ate the rest with a fork
side of Cole slaw
1 glass of red wine
unsweet tea
Dinner
1 C lobster bisque from grocery store deli
1 Dannon Ligh & Fit carb control yogurt in vanilla
I drank lots and lots of water today. It was hot and awesome boyfriend and I were walking around in DC.
Rest, no gym today. We did get plenty of walking in, but at a leisurely pace.
forgot supplements again- I am really slacking on the weekends
