hot flax cereal

Lunch
1 packet sugar free Crystal Light
1/2 C tomato, mozzarella, garlic, and olive oil salad
1/2 of 1 bag of Dole Southwest salad

1 Dannon Light & Fit carb control yogurt in strawberry

Snack
6 slices of Muenster cheese

Snack
1 Babybel cheese round
1 scoop of chocolate flavor protein in unsweetened almond milk
handful of mixed nuts

Dinner
1/3 of 1 bag of Dole Caesar salad kit
meatballs (recipe coming soon)

Snack
2 scoops of chocolate flavor protein in water post exercise
