This is what we have to cook on at work- you make do with what you got sometimes. I don't use it a lot, but I will boil water or cook eggs sometimes. |
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell
hot flax cereal
Lunch
20 shrimp boiled and seasoned with Old Bay
served with 1 Tbsp butter
1 serving sugar free Jello
1 packet sugar free fruit punch mix
salad: mixed greens, almonds, goat cheese, cucumber slices, balsamic vinaigrette
Snack
1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell
Yummy shrimps with Old Bay and butter. |
1 C broccoli cheese soup from the grocery store deli
salad: mixed greens, grilled chicken, 1 hard boiled egg, bacon bits, cheddar, onions, oil & vinegar
1 Dannon Light & Fit carb control yogurt
with a handful of Little Puffs stirred in
Snack
2 scoops of protein post work out
lots of water at work today

(Awesome boyfriend comes home today, which means I'll will hopefully be back to cooking tomorrow. He's been away on business for a whole week and I have been really lazy!)
