baby carrots, celery sticks, and cold crab dip from grocery store deli
2 Babybel cheese rounds
2 slices low carb bread each spread with 1 Tbsp cream cheese
(not the breakfast of champions- awesome boyfriend was at work and I didn't feel like cooking)
Dinner
Killer Crock Pot Meatloaf
1 zucchini sauteed in olive oil, salt, pepper, dry minced onions, sesame seeds
didn't do so good on the water today
Gym: Shrink a Size in 14 Days, Day 4
forgot to take my supplements today!
