Food Journal Monday, August 6

Breakfast

coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
hot flax cereal

Lunch
leftover crock pot meatloaf
1 can Amp sugar free energy drink

Snack
1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell
1/2 C lobster bisque from grocery store deli

2 scoops of protein in water post work out

full size chicken Caesar salad from Wendy's
skipped the Caesar dressing and subbed in the Avocado Ranch because it is  yummy
1 glass of red wine

lots of water at work- yey

Gym: "Shrink a Size in 14 Days" - Day 5
