Food Journal Tuesday, August 7

This stuff is so sweet and delicious.  One of my
coworkers came into the kitchen and asked, "Is someone
cooking french toast or oatmeal in here?"

Breakfast
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
1 Babybel cheese round
hot flax cereal

Lunch
1/2 lb peel and eat shrimp, boiled at work in salt water
seasoned with Old Bay served with melted butter
1 Dannon Light & Fit carb control yogurt in strawberry
1 Bigelow tea in vanilla caramel with 1 packet Splenda

Snack
1 Babybel cheese round
1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell

Dinner
Balsamic London Broil
Tomato, Onion, and Gorgonzola Salad
1 Dannon Light & Fit carb control yogurt with a handful of Little Puffs sprinkled in

Snack
2 scoops of protein in water post work out

water all day- only drank water today actually

Gym: "Shrink a Size in 14 Days"- Day 6

raspberry ketones
fish oil
fiber
B Complex
