Food Journal Wednesday, April 18

Breakfast
bowl of hot flax cereal
1 cup Yogi Tea Berry Detox with 1 packet Sweet'N Low

Lunch
1 C arugula tossed with
2 Tbsp Newman's Own original recipe Italian dressing
1/4 rotisserie chicken
(I bought a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, took all the meat off, and split it into 4 equal portions.)

Snack
10 pepperoni cream cheese snacks-
place a dab of chive flavored cream cheese between two pepperoni slices

Snack
1 cup Sweet and Creamy Chai

Dinner
1 serving Corned Beef and Cabbage

  • 1 serving is approx 1/2 lb beef and 1 C cabbage

1 turnip cooked until soft and mashed with heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, and sour cream

Snack
Butter Pecan Creme Brulee

drink water all day!

Supplements
B complex- 1 with breakfast
fish oil- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
fiber- 1 with lunch
L-Glutamine- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
