1/4 C shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp Newman's Own creamy Caesar dressing
Supplements
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
B complex- 1 with breakfast
fiber- 1 with lunch
fish oil- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
L-Glutamine- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
I just wanted to say... I bought the spicey Chai...absolutely love it! Of course I can't use the heavy cream on the plan I'm following, but it's just as great with the nonfat half and half! love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you liked it! I'm glad it was good with the half and half. A couple of people have asked me if there is a low fat version. I'll pass that along.
