Food Diary Monday, June 4

Breakfast
These are very good and they have an extremely low
carb count.

hot flax cereal
1 cup coffee with
2 Tbsp heavy cream

Lunch
leftover pizza casserole
single serve jello

Snack
1 popsicle- Philly Swirl Sweet Delights
2 slices Swiss cheese from grocery store deli
1/2 C sunflower seeds

Dinner
leftover pizza casserole
(I'm telling you- we can't get enough of that stuff)
sugar free peach tea from powder

I drank a ton of water today.  I've been feeling a little bit icky due to overeating while in Philadelphia this weekend.  I'm trying to drink water and exercise to flush my system and get my energy levels back up.
