Food Diary Sunday, June 3

Breakfast
1/4 lb mixed nuts
1 cup coffee with
1 packet powdered creamer (yuck)

Lunch
(out at the Greene Turtle with awesome boyfriend)
buffalo chicken dip with celery sticks
4 wings tossed in mild sauce

Snack
1 single serve Jello

Dinner
1 serving pizza casserole
peach tea from powder

didn't have much water today because I was driving this morning and napping this afternoon

fish oil
fiber
raspberry ketones
L-Glutamine
B complex
