Food Diary Wednesday, June 6

Breakfast
hot flax cereal
coffee with
1 packet Splenda and
2 Tbsp heavy cream

Lunch
leftover stuffed flank steak
3 chicken wings leftover from Greene Turtle this weekend
1/2 C cottage cheese

Snack
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C cottage cheese

Dinner
(out at cocktail party at American History Museum in DC)
4 slices roast beef with horseradish sauce
gazpacho shooter (cold tomato soup served in a shot glass)
grilled salmon with pistachio topping
2 Tbsp crab dip, which I ate with a fork thank you very much
1 skewer with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes covered in some sort of balsamic dressing
1 grapefruit juice, basil, and club soda spritzer
1 glass dry champagne

Snack
1/2 C sunflower seeds
hotel coffee with 3 creamers

water all day

L-Glutamine
raspberry ketones
B complex
