Food Diary Thursday, June 7

Breakfast
coffee with 
2 Tbsp heavy cream and 1 packet of Splenda

Lunch
cheeseburger topped with 
cheese, bacon, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, mustard
wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun
coke zero

Snack
1/2 C sunflower seeds
4 ounces muenster cheese
2 ounces stinton cheese with cranberries

Dinner
1 serving beef curry from Simmer Sauce
2 glasses dry champagne

Snack
2 low carb peanut butter cookies
hot blueberry tea by Celestial seasonings with
1 packet sweet and low

lots of water

Supplements
raspberry ketones
fish oil
fiber
B complex
L-Glutamine
