Food Diary Sunday, June 10

Now that's an omelet.  
Breakfast
(out at College Park Diner)
omelet with bacon, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese
3 tomato slices
coffee with 2 creamers

Snack
(at the National Museum of the American Indian in DC- split with Awesome Boyfriend)
2 C chorizo cooked in something spicy
1 C fish soup

Lunch
(split with awesome boyfriend)
bacon ranch chicken salad from McDonald's
diet coke

Snack
1/2 C ranch sunflower seeds

Dinner
1 sirloin steak marinated in spicy bourbon sauce

1 serving Dole Southwest Salad
1 glass peach tea from powder

Snack
1 low carb peanut butter cookie

lots of water all day- it was 93 degrees and we were outside in the sun!
