Food Diary Monday, May 15

Breakfast
hot flax cereal
Parmesan garlic sauce has about 1 carb per Tbsp.  Don't
go overboard, but it is a safe choice if you want something
other than plain hot sauce.  

Lunch
8 wings from Buffalo Wild Wings
6 tossed in salt and vinegar rub
2 tossed in Parmesan garlic sauce
4 celery sticks
1 Tbsp blue cheese dressing

Snack
leftover 4 wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, all tossed in Parm garlic
2 slices Muenster cheese from grocery store deli
1 slice Swiss cheese from grocery store deli

Dinner
1/4 pounds Italian meatballs from grocery store deli
1 C green beans tossed in sesame oil, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper
Coke Zero
1 serving cottage cheese

water water water

Supplements
fish oil- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
fiber- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
B complex- 1 with breakfast
L-Glutamine- 1 with breakfast
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast
