Food Diary Wednesday, May 9

Breakfast
Hot Flax Cereal
1 cup of coffee with 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

Lunch
1 piece of salmon baked in the oven with
garlic powder, old bay, 1 Tbsp butter
1 Cup chopped romaine tossed with
1/4 C shredded Parmesan cheese,
handful of broccoli florets, and
2 Tbsp Newman's Own Creamy Caesar

Snack
2 slices of Muenster cheese from the grocery store deli
3 cubs of a cheese I picked up at the grocery store (can't remember the kind) that has blueberries throughout.  Package says 2 carbs per ounce.
*An ounce of cheese is typically close to a one inch cube.

Dinner
3 Meatball and Feta Lettuce Cups
1 glass iced tea sweetened with Splenda

Snack
1 cup hot peach tea by Bigelow with 1 packet Sweet'N Low
1 low carb peanut butter cookie

Supplements
fish oil- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
L-Glutamine- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
fiber- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
B complex- 1 with breakfast
