Food Diary Monday, May 7

Breakfast

Lunch
(out)
1 burger topped with
1 slice Swiss
1 slice Cheddar
2 pieces iceberg lettuce
2 tomato slices
2 pieces of bacon
served with 1 C cooked collard greens

Snack
2 slices deli Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp peanut butter (Yes, I ate if off of a spoon.  Sue me.)
1 cup coffee with 
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

Dinner
(I ate about a third.  Awesome boyfriend and I each had some and there was enough left for one person to have lunch for tomorrow.)

water water water all day

Supplements
fish oil- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
B complex- 1 with breakfast
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
L-Glutamine- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
fiber- 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch
