Food Diary Tuesday, May 8

Breakfast
Hot Flax Cereal

Lunch
1 C chopped romaine tossed with
These are a great snack, especially the spicy version.  
1/2 C chopped leftover chicken
handful of chopped broccoli crowns
2 Tbsp almonds
1/2 C sliced deli swiss cheese
2 Tbsp Italian dressing

Snack
1/2 C spicy peanuts

Dinner
(out at Duclaw Brewing Company)
4 wings tossed in jerk seasoning
3 wings tossed in mild buffalo sauce
8 celery sticks
3 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
1 1/2 ounce vodka with soda water and 3 lime wedges squeezed

Snack
1 low carb peanut butter cookie

Supplements
fish oil- 1 with breakfast
L-glutamine- 1 with breakfast
raspberry ketones- 1 with breakfast
B complex- 1 with breakfast
fiber- 1 with breakfast
