Food Journal Monday, September 3

Happy Labor Day!

slept in dreadfully late- completely missed breakfast

Lunch
McDonald's drive though picked up a double cheeseburger and a side salad- tossed the bread, cut up the burger, and added it to the salad.  Tossed the whole thing in ranch.  Yummy

Snack
finished up the low carb tortilla chips from yesterday with some Pub Cheese

A large peach has about 15 carbs.
Split with awesome boyfriend plus
whipped cream makes this an 8 carb
dessert.  Not for every day, but not too
shabby for a special summer treat.

Dinner:
1 serving cheeseburger soup from crock pot, 
topped with shredded cheddar and Texas Pete

Snack
1 peach, cut into slices
split with awesome boyfriend and
topped with 1 Tbsp whipped heavy cream

Water
between home and gym about 80 ounces

Exercise
Shrink a Size in 14 Days - Day 14

fish oil
one a day multivitamin
caffeine
green tea extract
fiber
Glutamine
