Food Journal Sunday, September 9

Flackers are quite delicious and really low
carb.  You can find them at the health food
store.  They're a little pricey, around $5 per box,
so I have to pace myself when I eat them.

Breakfast/Lunch
(slept in)
2 eggs scrambled with cheese
3 strips bacon
1 slice low carb bread with 1 Tbsp cream cheese

Snack
Flackers with easy cheese
diet orange soda

Dinner
(out at Greene Turtle with awesome boyfriend)
10 wings, jerk seasoning
blue cheese and BBQ sauce on the side
celery sticks
2 Miller Lite
2 vodka with sugar free redbull

Snack
carb control ice cream

Water
around 80 ounces

Exercise
none today

Supplements
one a day multivitamin
fish oil
fiber
caffeine
green tea extract
Glutamine
