Food Journal Thursday, September 6

Breakfast
2 scoops protein in 12 ounces water
hot flax cereal

Lunch
1 slice low carb bread with 2 Tbsp cream cheese
leftover Onion Cheeseburger Soup

Snack
(stopped at McDonald's on the way to class)
McDouble- throw away bread and eat burger, cheese, onions, ketchup with fork
Diet Coke

Spicy Tuna
I would eat this every day if I could,
but it costs around $12 so it's more
of a once in a while thing.
