Food Journal Sunday, September 2

Awesome boyfriend and I had a wonderful time in Urbanna, VA and were sad to leave.  We were happy to get home to those sweet doggies though!

Lunch
(slept in past breakfast)
stopped at Subway on the way home to get a salad: spinach, turkey, green peppers, banana peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, Parmesan cheese, oil and vinegar, red onions

Dinner
this stuff is addictive

made some low carb tortilla chips:
cut a low carb tortilla into strips or triangles, spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic salt, bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes
dips: cheese, sour cream ranch, Cajun crab from grocery store deli

Snack
2 miller Lite
move with awesome boyfriend!

Water
had a little, not much because we were in the car travelling home from our trip

Exercise
none officially, took the doggies on a long walk, about 45 minutes, when we got home

Supplements
multivitamin
fiber
fish oil
green tea extract
Glutamine
caffeine
