Food Journal Tuesday, September 4

Breakfast
2 scoops protein in water
2 slices low carb bread with
2 Tbsp each cream cheese

Lunch
great low carb snack- you can
find them in the baby food aisle

french onion soup, no crouton
roast beef, bacon, and mushroom melt, tossed the bread and ate with a fork- dipped most of the roast beef into the onion soup and it was good

Snack
1/4 C BBQ flavor sunflower seeds in shell
handful of Gerber Graduates tomato crunchies

Dinner
taco salad: one bag Dole Southwest Salad Kit
cook 1/2 lb ground beef with 1 packet of taco seasoning
serves 2

Snack
1 serving strawberry carb control yogurt
8 ounces Skinny Girl Margarita over ice

Water
112 ounces today- I was really thirsty!

Exercise
none today

Supplements
fish oil
Glutamine
caffeine
green tea extract
fiber
one a day multivitamin
