Food Journal Friday, October 12

I love a mini pizza for breakfast.  
Breakfast
1 deli thin bread
2 Tbsp pizza sauce
2 Kraft singles American cheese
Steak-umms
(cooked in toaster oven until cheese melts)

Snack
1/2 C salted peanuts in shell

Lunch
cream of mushroom soup made with almond milk
sugar free chocolate pudding, with heavy cream
diet orange soda

Dinner
(out for happy hour at Union Jack's to watch the Orioles Game)
10 wings buffalo sauce
blue cheese
celery sticks
2 vodka with soda water and lime wedges

Water
80 ounces

Exercise
none today- more watching baseball on TV

Supplements
fish oil
fiber
one a day multivitamin
caffeine
green tea extract
Glutamine
