tortilla
sugar free jelly, one egg

Lunch
leftover Ranch Pork Chop
frozen peas warmed in a skillet with some olive oil
sugar free orange soda

went to the dentist in the afternoon- got a filling!

Dinner
cottage cheese
one can cream of mushroom soup made with almond milk
1 slice low carb bread with butter

Water
60 ounces

Exercise
none- I was feeling pitiful after the dentist

Supplements
fish oil
one a day multivitamin
Glutamine
caffeine
green tea extract
fiber
