low carb tortilla
2 fried eggs sprinkled with salt and pepper
handful of shredded cheese blend
1 Tbsp sugar free blackberry jelly

Lunch
1/2 bag Dole Southwest Salad Mix
topped with plain chopped chicken from grocery store deli
one serving carb control vanilla yogurt
sugar free orange soda

Dinner
Chicken Broccoli Pasta Alfredo

Snack
yummy
1/2 C carb control ice cream

Water
80 ounces

Exercise
walked the dogs, 45 minutes
