Breakfast
egg sandwich:
2 slices low carb bread each spread with
1 Tbsp cream cheese
1 fried egg
Lunch
steak and cheese from Jerry's, ordered extra meat and tossed the bread, at the insides with a fork
unsweet tea
Snack
2 servings vodka with soda water and lime wedges
Dinner
(out at the Local in Charlottesville)
cheese plate- ate a variety of cheeses, some mixed greens, handful of fresh berries
New York strip steak with horseradish sauce, blue cheese crumbles
roasted asparagus
1 glass dry white wine
Snack
(out at Mas in Charlottesville)
1 glass dry Rose wine
small serving bacon wrapped dates
several bites of chocolate mousse, swiped when awesome boyfriend wasn't looking
stopped in for drinks at a couple more bars, mostly vodkas with soda water
Water
not too much today because we were in the car and I didn't want to have to stop
Exercise
lots of walking around Charlottesville, but nothing serious
Supplements
didn't take supplements today because we were in the car and sometimes they make me have to pee/thirsty
