Food Journal Saturday, October 13

Breakfast
(drive through McDonald's on the way to pick up my friend to go watch the Miami football game)
McChicken, no bun
medium coffee with three creams

Lunch
(out to watch Miami Game with friends at Mackey's Pub in DC- This is a great place to watch football but the food wasn't that good.  Next time I'll probably have a heavier breakfast and smuggle in some beef jerky.)
3 Miller Lite draft
10 wings buffalo sauce, blue cheese, celery
2 mozzarella sticks with ranch dressing

Dinner
(drive through Wendy's on the way home from watching football)
spicy chicken Caesar salad, sub in the full fat dressing and skip the croutons

Water
50 ounces

Exercise
walked dogs- 30 minutes

Supplements
one a day multivitamin
fish oil
caffeine
green tea extract
Glutamine
fiber
