1/2 C Brussels sprouts leftover from last night
1 serving carb control yogurt
sugar free orange soda

Dinner
Ranch Pork Chops
Roasted Butternut Squash

Water
80 ounces

Exercise
walked the dogs 30 minutes

Supplements
one a day multivitamin
fiber
Glutamine
caffeine
green tea extract
fish oil
