Food Journal Monday, October 15

I love this coffee so much.  It's one of my
low carb staples when the weather gets cold.

Breakfast
low carb tortilla
2 eggs
1 slice American cheese
1 Tbsp sugar free jelly
unsweet tea

Lunch
low carb tortilla
Steak-umms
sauteed mushrooms
shredded cheese

Snack
(drive through McDonald's on the way to class)
McDouble, no bun
medium coffee with cream

Dinner
low carb tortilla
Steak-umms
sauteed peppers, onions
serve with sour cream

Snack
small serving cottage cheese

Water
only about 32 ounces today- I had meetings all day at work

Exercise
none today

Supplements
fish oil
fiber
Glutamine
caffeine
green tea extract
one a day multivitamin
