Breakfast
1 fried egg
1 slice low carb bread with
1 Tbsp cream cheese
3 slices bacon

Lunch
leftover Balsamic London Broil
2 pickles, breaded in ground flax and deep fried
ranch dressing
string cheese

Snack
1 cup coffee with
2 Tbsp heavy cream

Dinner
(happy hour at Union Jack's)
wings, buffalo style
blue cheese
celery sticks
1 draft Miller Lite

Water
64 ounces

Exercise
none today- still studying

Supplements
fish oil
Glutamine
one a day multivitamin
caffeine
green tea extract
fiber
