- I am always on the lookout for a low carb happy hour. One of the problems with happy hour is that restaurants want to offer cheap appetizers and those usually happen to be carb heavy (nachos, soft pretzels, spinach dip with chips, mozzarella sticks). Union Jack's offers several low carb friendly food options, rail drinks, and several light beers. If you're low carbing in Howard County, this is a great place to go.
