Food Journal Thursday, October 4

Breakfast
low carb tortilla stuffed with
1 Tbsp sugar free jelly
2 eggs scrambled with pepper
1 slice American cheese

Lunch
salad: mixed greens, goat cheese, pecans, Steak-umms, mushrooms, balsamic tomato dressing
strawberry carb control yogurt

Snack
(drove through McDonald's on the way to class)
McDouble- throw away bread, eat burger patties, cheese, onions, ketchup with a fork
small coffee with 2 creams

Dinner
Tortilla Pizzas-
I picked up some fresh mozzarella balls from the grocery
olive bar at the grocery store.  They were really good
on the pizzas.  
awesome boyfriend and I made 3 pizzas and we split all of them

Water
80 ounces

Exercise
none today

one a day multivitamin
fish oil
Glutamine
