Breakfast
How awesome does this salad look?  It was awesome.  
slept in!
(drove though McDonald's on the way to watch football)
McChicken- no bun
coffee with cream

Lunch
(out at the Greene Turtle to watch football)
Cobb Salad with spicy ranch
1 Miller Lite draft
1 serving vodka with soda water and 2 lime wedges

Snack
(stopped by Yogi Castle after the football game)
A low carb tortilla is one of the staples of my diet.  
small serving of sugar free blueberry frozen yogurt
spoonful of strawberry slices
squirt of peanut butter

Dinner
low carb tortilla
white cheddar cheese
Steak-umms
sauteed onions
served with sour cream

Water
80 ounces

Exercise
none today

Supplements
fiber
fish oil
one a day multivitamin
caffeine
green tea extract
Glutamine
