Breakfast
hot flax cereal
1 cup coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream and 1 packet Splenda
Lunch
foil pack cooked in toaster oven:
1 tilapia filet
1 C chopped zucchini and onions
1 Tbsp butter
salt, pepper, cayenne
1 glass sugar free iced tea/lemonade mix
Snack
1/2 C cottage cheese
Dinner
(picked up take out from The Greene Turtle)
1 cup french onion soup, no croutons
4 wings with jerk seasoning
1 Tbsp blue cheese
2 celery sticks
lots and lots of water at work today
Gym: cardio only, no weights today.
