I was strolling through the dairy aisle looking at carb counts of different things and I happened to pick up this little gem. Each cup has just 50 calories and 3 carbs, which makes it the perfect something sweet after lunch or dinner.
- tofu Shirataki noodles: four packs to use for lunch/dinner this week.
- cajun catfish filet from grocery store fish market: will bring to work and cook in foil
- swordfish skewer from grocery store fish market: will bring to work and cook in foil
- heavy cream: keep on hand. Little one goes to work for coffee and flax cereal.
