hot flax cereal
2 cups of coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream each
Snack
1/4 C cottage cheese
Lunch
8 wings with jerk seasoning left over from Tuesday night's take out
1 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
Dinner
(went out to meet a girlfriend at Paolo's in Georgetown for happy hour)
2 servings vodka with soda water and 2 lime wedges each
1 hunk of mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto and drizzled with a balsamic glaze over a bed of arugula
a couple of jumbo shrimp covered in a cream sauce
a handful of calamari (tried to pick off as much breading as possible) dipped in marinara sauce
Late Night
green tea with 1 packet Sweet'N Low
lots of water at work and also at happy hour
no gym today- rest
