Food Diary Tuesday, July 10

These packets actually make a decent lunch
time drink, and they are sugar free.  You can
find them at Walmart.

Breakfast
1 cup coffee with 1 Tbsp sugar free powdered creamer (ran out of cream this morning!)
hot flax cereal

Lunch
leftover baked spaghetti
leftover creamed spinach
1 glass tea/lemonade from powder

Snack
2 Atkins Revolution rolls topped with
1 Tbsp each of cream cheese

Dinner
2 chicken apple sausages sliced and sauteed in olive oil with
1/4 of 1 green bell pepper
1/4 of 1 white onion
1/4 of 1 red onion
Italian seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper
So good.

Snack
butter pecan creme brulee
hot Lipton green tea with 1 packet artificial sweetener

so much water today...feels good to hydrate

no supplements again today- I have to try harder to remember tomorrow.
