Work Out Tuesday, July 17

Warm up:
15 minutes of stretching, whole body focus

Cardio:
1 mile swim (indoor pool) with intervals:
2 laps freestyle
2 laps breaststroke
2 laps backstroke
1 lap kick board freestyle kick
1 lap kick board breaststroke kick
repeat for 64 laps
