Food Journal Monday, August 13

Breakfast
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
If you're in the DC area, this is a great place to get
take out.  The plain chicken is really good,
especially the wings, and they have several
good choice for sides.

1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell
hot flax cereal

Lunch
leftover warm crab dip with
veggies: bell pepper strips and broccoli
several slices Muenster cheese

Snack
1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell

Dinner
(picked up at Chicken Out in Columbia, MD after the gym)
Cobb Salad: romaine and spinach, chicken, egg, bacon bits, scallions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing

Snack
2 scoops protein in water post work out

lots of water at work today and before and after the gym

Supplements
fish oil
raspberry ketones
L-Glutamine
B Complex
fiber
