Food Journal Wednesday, August 1

Breakfast
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 C sunflower seeds

hot flax cereal

Lunch
1 cajun catfish filet picked up from grocery store fish section, wrapped in foil and cooked in toaster oven  for 20 minutes on 350
salad: spring lettuce mix, goat cheese, chopped pecans, cucumber slices, tomato slices, balsamic dressing
(Marzetti Light Balsamic is a really tasty dressing.  It goes great with goat cheese and hearty salad greens.  It does have 5 carbs for a 2 Tbsp serving so make sure you measure.)
1 packet sugar free fruit punch mix

Snack
1/4 C sunflower seeds

Dinner
Pasta with Spinach and scallops:
1/2 pack tofu shirataki noodles
frozen baby scallops sauteed in butter and Old Bay
1/2 pack frozen creamed spinach
splash of heavy cream
sautee all in a large pan and serve hot

Snack
1 serving Power Pudding

Snack
2 scoops of protein post work out

lots of water at work today
