Food Journal Tuesday, August 14

This is the flax that I typically use,
although sometimes my grocery store
is out and I have to get another
brand.  It's about $3.00 a box.

Breakfast
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
hot flax cereal

Lunch
2 eggs scrambled in olive oil with salt and pepper
4 strips bacon
2 slices low carb bread with 1/2 Tbsp each butter

Snack
1 glass red wine
1 low carb vanilla yogurt

Dinner
Mini Meat Balls
1/4 of 1 bag Caesar salad kit

Snack
2 scoops of protein in water post work out

lots of water at work
