Food Journal Wednesday, August 8

I love leftovers for lunch at work.
Breakfast
coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 C sunflower seeds in shell
hot flax cereal

Lunch
leftover Balsamic London Broil
leftover tomato, onion, and Gorgonzola salad
1 Dannon Light & Fit carb control yogurt in strawberry
1 pack Crystal Light sugar free drink mix

Snack
1 C lobster soup from grocery store deli
1 scoop chocolate flavor protein in unsweetened almond milk

Dinner
spaghetti:
1 jar low carb spaghetti sauce, add 1 bell pepper, 1/2 of 1 red onion, 1 tomato, 1 pound ground beef
serve over tofu noodles
serve with 2 slices low carb bread

Snack
Power Pudding

lots of water at work

No gym today- rest.
